PAYMENT:
The Weight Clinic only accepts CASH payment for services rendered.
Although most other clinics are now accepting credit cards and personal checks as payment methods, we are not. We do not possess a credit card machine because the maintenance and rental fees or purchase prices are very expensive. Instead of spending our funds on these devices, we'd rather invest in items that could potentially help our patients. As for personal checks; this is not a trust issue, however, it is very embarrassing on both sides if a patient's check does happen to "bounce" and our company must cover the missing amount. We'd rather avoid the chance situation altogether.

Follow Up Appointments
Please remember, that missing your follow-up appointment will delay (in some cases PREVENT) getting your medication refilled.
There is a maximum number of follow-ups that can been seen each day. You must remember to keep your follow-up appointment.
Due to the overwhelming need for follow ups, and the amount of new patients, it may not be so easy to reschedule a missed appointment.
Also, a $25 no show fee WILL be charged to the patient if the clinic is not given 24 hour prior notification.
Upon your Weight Loss follow up, if you address *ANY* other medical issue with the Doctor there will be a $75 fee.
This includes anything and everything from sore throat to flu to injury, and beyond.
This fee will not filed under insurance even if you are insured.
We do not file any claims as we are CASH pay only.
*There will be NO EXCEPTIONS - the Doctor will not waive this fee under any circumstances.*
Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please reschedule via phone, email or in person.
