Follow-Ups are now being assigned times during the hours of 1pm - 5:30pm Monday - Wednesday & on certain Thursdays and Saturdays.

Effective August 1st, a mandatory 24 hour notification of cancellation of scheduled appointments will implemented. In addition, a $25 "NO SHOW" fee will be charged for missed appointments without the prior notification being given to the clinic.

Welcome! Dr. Lena Bruce and Pam Pixley RMA are happy to introduce our weight loss program. We are located at 6518 Memorial Drive, Texas City, Texas 77590. www.mapquest.com The program is a combination of dietary education and counseling with dietary supplements or prescription pills along with weekly injections. We are opened Monday-Thursday evening for established patients in the program. ( Office Hours are posted under Services ). We schedule new patient appointments in group sessions for general information, and then each patient meets individually with Dr. Bruce. The first visit may take up the 2 -2 1/2 hour for the group and individual meeting with the consultant. This is important to inform each patient of the program to help them be successful in thier goals. These new patient groups are usually scheduled on selected Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Thereafter, you just come in once a week for weight and injection and see Dr. Bruce or Pam for follow up appointments every 6-8 weeks.

You just come in during the posted hours (hours are posted in lobby and this website monthly) and sign in for your weekly injections. It is very important to keep your scheduled follow up appointments with Dr. Bruce. Missing your scheduled follow up visit WILL result in delay in your program.

Our injections include HCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) AMP (Adenosine Phosphate) and GH (Tev-Tropin). Lipo-B (SEE Q & A BELOW). Our program is customized to your health issues and needs. These injections increase your metabolism and decrease your appetite. The HCG also helps tones your muscles to promote loss of inches and improve cellulite. Learn more when you join our program.
Of course, with any weight loss program you should consult your personal physican for a complete check up including labs.We suggest T3,T4 Complete metobolic panel and CBC. Please bring a copy of any and all test results and clearance to your first visit.THE FIRST VISIT IS A LENGTHY PROCESS OF INFORMATION GATHERING FOR YOU AND THE STAFF. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
Obtaining your test results and clearance will expedite the process.

***We try to keep the waiting time down; therefore the appointment time spent with Dr. Bruce or Pam must be limited to the issues of the weight program. If you need medical treatment or refills other than the weight program please see your private doctor. Sorry for the inconvience, but the response and popuality of our program is overwhelming.
